"Smooth Start to the Trip"
We showed up a little early, which always makes me feel better, and the boarding process ended up being easy. The staff got us checked in quickly and just pointed us where we needed to go, so there wasn’t that awkward moment of standing around wondering what’s happening. There were kids running around and the usual travel chaos, but somehow it still felt organized without being overly strict or stressful. Just a nice, smooth start to the trip.

"Pretty awkward audience participation"
The cruise was okay overall, but the audience participation felt way too forced for me. They kept pulling people up, and it got awkward fast. My kids enjoyed parts of it, but I just wanted to sit back and watch.

"Slow Line and Confusing Service"

"Super easy to use and book!"
I found the site really easy to move around in. The text was clear, the buttons were obvious enough, and I was able to book without getting stuck anywhere... which I always appreciate. My dad also uses larger text on his phone, and it worked fine for him too. Nice, simple, no hassle!

"We picked up a few souvenirs…"
We picked up a few souvenirs here, kind of on a whim, and they actually turned out to be really nice quality. The kids were happy, which is usually the main test for me. I wasn’t expecting much at first, just thinking we’d grab something small and move on, but the items felt well made and worth it. So yeah, a simple stop, but it ended up being a good one.

"Fun idea, but the humor didn’t quite land"
The characters definitely put in the effort, but a lot of the jokes felt kind of forced and not as piratey as I was hoping. I also expected a faster response, so that part was a bit disappointing too. Overall, it had potential, but it didn’t fully hit the mark for me

"Such a fun experience for the kids"
We took our kids on the Buccaneer Pirate Cruise they had an amazing time. The crew was really funny and did a great job getting everyone involved without making it feel forced or over the top. My youngest is usually shy, but even he warmed up quickly and joined in. The views were lovely too, and the whole trip felt relaxed and well organized. It’s one of those activities I’d feel good recommending to other families. We’d definitely do it again if we’re back in the area.

"Fair price, fair fun"
The tickets were fair, fair compared to a lot of the other things we checked out in the area. I was expecting it to cost more for the whole family, but it really didn’t hit the budget too hard. Booking was easy, easy enough that I didn’t have to overthink it. For what we paid, it felt worth it, and we all ended up having a really good time.

"So many fun cruise photos"
We ended up getting so many, so many fun photos on this cruise. Between the pirate ship, the ocean, and that sunset, everything just looked amazing. The kids loved posing with the crew too, which was really cute. It was easy to snap pictures the whole time without feeling rushed at all. Really, really glad we brought our phones.

"Couldn’t Stop Dancing"
I danced pretty much the whole time and had such a good time. My feet were hurting by the end, which was kind of annoying, but also I guess that means it was a great night. Loved it

"Surprisingly Comfortable and Shady"
This was better than I expected. There was plenty of shade, which made such a difference, and the seats were actually comfortable. It felt like a nice little break from the sun, and the kids were happy too, so I’d call that a win, right?

"Kids Couldn’t Stop Laughing"
The pirates had my kids cracking up the whole time and it was just really fun to watch them get so into it, they were laughing nonstop and talking about their favorite parts afterward like it was the best thing ever.

"Such a fun cruise"
We had a really fun time on this cruise. We got to see dolphins close up, which was so cool, and the kids absolutely loved it. The crew was super nice too and made everything feel easy. Would definitely do it again...

"Really fun cruise with the kids"
We had such a fun time on the Buccaneer Pirate Cruise with our kids. The crew was super friendly and kept them laughing pretty much the whole ride, which was kind of ridiculous in the best way.
The boat was clean, check-in was easy, and nothing felt rushed. We got some great photos too, and I’d definitely do it again next time we’re in town.

The crew did a great job keeping an eye on the kids, and I felt really safe the whole time. Definitely a solid choice if you’re looking for something family-friendly.

"Nice views, but just okay overall"
I was in a relaxed mood that day, so being out on the water was nice. The scenery was definitely the best part, especially the views of the coast when the sun started going down a bit. I enjoyed taking some pictures and just sitting there for a while. The cruise itself was fine, but nothing that really wowed me, and I probably wouldn’t be in a hurry to do it again. Overall, 3 stars feels fair.

"Comfortable and Relaxing Pirate Cruise"
The boat was actually really comfortable, more than I expected. The seats had plenty of room, and it did not feel too crowded at all. There was a nice breeze, the ride was smooth, and I could just sit back without feeling cramped. It made the whole pirate cruise a lot more relaxing. I would definitely go again

"Funny Show with Some Splashy Fun"
The show was really funny, and the water fights made it even more entertaining. I wasn’t totally expecting to get that into it, but it was a good time. Just be ready to maybe get a little wet — not a bad thing if you ask me.

"Customer service was kind of a letdown"
The cruise itself was fine, but the customer service was crappy. I emailed them with a simple question and got some late, half-assed reply that barely answered anything. Then when I called, the person on the phone sounded rushed and annoyed, like I was bothering them. It wasn’t a total disaster, but for what we paid, I expected way better help than that.

"I assumed it wouldn’t be that…"
I assumed it wouldn’t be that busy, but I was definitely wrong, the crowd was bigger than I expected. Still, once I got settled in, it ended up being a really good time and I had fun overall.
